Problems diabetes is a problem that can be experienced by the average person aged over 35 years.
some tips to help prevent this, namely:
1.jogging regularly in the morning.
2. Eat regularly to reduce the consumption of sugar and carbohydrates.
3. Sleep 8 hours a day.
4. Reduce alcohol.
5. Reduce smoking.
6. Do to control health care physician
